Laurent Lapaire

After a training course at the Montargis Hotel School, Laurent Lapaire learnt his job with starred Chefs and in particular with Alain Passard at the Arpège Restaurant during ten years as head waiter.

With this strong experience, he launched with his friend Olivier Le Franc his first property in 2008: the Agapé ( 1* in the Michelin Guide) then in 2010: the Agapé Bis.

Today, at the Agapé Substance, Laurent Lapaire combines hospitality with conviviality, kindness and professionalism.
